A walkable lifestyle is proven to reduce chronic illness

Excited about the results of a new study shared below showing the extreme benefits of living in a walkable neighbourhood. Plainly speaking walking decreases chronic illness.
There is wonderful evidence on how if you live in a walkable neighborhood you are less likely to be obese, have diabeteshypertension and/or heart disease. You are less likely to be stressed out and if you live near 6 or more parks it increases your sense of community.
This Sounds wonderful. If you want to move to a walkable community. I can help you buy a new home finding you the very best place that meets your criteria.
